Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
When registering your 2ph85 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 2ph85 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2ph85 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are enabled on your account:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. 2ph85 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Your 2ph85 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your 2ph85 account. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2ph85 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
2ph85 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 2ph85 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You must notify 2ph85 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 2ph85 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
2ph85 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. When 2FA is enabled, a one-time PIN will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in from a new device or location.
2ph85 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:
All deposits are credited to your 2ph85 wallet in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are generally processed instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. 2ph85 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. All transactions on 2ph85 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 2ph85 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion fees will be borne by the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2ph85 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 2ph85 platform without prior written consent from 2ph85.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2ph85 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 2ph85 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
2ph85 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
In all cases, 2ph85's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2ph85 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2ph85 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2ph85 platform shall first be submitted to 2ph85 customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as 2ph85 may designate. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
